My experience with Dr. Layliev exceeded my expectations and I could not be happier. I absolutely can’t thank dr Layliev enough. I am a breast cancer patient ,this is my second bout with breast cancer …14 years ago I had a partial mastectomy which left my left breast disfigured. My experience was a positive one on every level. I found the staff to be both friendly and supportive. Dr. Layliev is a gifted and compassionate surgeon. The procedure itself went well and the recovery was smooth. After day 1, I did not even require otc pain meds.

Dr. Layliev is the most professional and skilled surgeon I have ever met. After years of searching for the perfect professional I underwent a tummy tuck, liposuction and fillers less than one week ago. I have been working at home and comfortable since and already can’t believe that I have my pre c-section body back. My surgery was June 26, and it has been a smooth recovery. Day 2 post op I went for a walk and I was surprised at how great I felt. I know a part of it is because my implants were placed over the muscle. Everything looked good at the follow up appointments. Dr. Layliev is very talented and gentle.

I have a 385cc moderate plus in my left, and a 415cc high profile in my right. During my research, I didn’t see any other women getting two different profiles. However, it was perfect for my body. Dr. Layliev did a great job performing a liquid rhinoplasty on my nose. I had a traditional rhinoplasty 6 years ago but had broken my nose about 6 months after the operation, leaving a small dent on the bridge of my nose. I’m in my 50’s and After 2 consultations I decided to do it. Procedure took about 20 minutes. I was awake – depends on your tolerance level as I now think i Would’ve preferred to have been asleep. Not that it hurt, but slightly uncomfortable, lots of pressure. Plus psychologically, I realize what they were doing, which sort of grossed me out. I have had one PRP session so far and it went very well, all of my questions or concerns were answered to my satisfaction. I have always had extremely large breasts since I was a teenager. I am now 35, and have 3 children, and after a long drawn out decision making process, I finally decided to have my breasts reduced. I have suffered with constant back, neck and shoulder pain.
I consulted with Dr. Layliev, who helped me decide what procedure would be best for me. I was a size 38M ( yes that is a real size). We decided on a bilateral breast reduction w/ nipple graft. At first, I was a little scared but Dr.Layliev assured me that once he was finished I would look natural.

I am forever grateful for Dr. John Layliev. He performed scalp reconstruction on my head with a free flap and microscope, and grafted skin from my thighs. My surgery, which required neurosurgery too, was supposed to be 12 hours but was only 9. I owe him my life, and will never be able to repay him for what he has done for me. All my scans show that I am cancer free. My experience with my surgeon and nurses at Huntington Hospital was nothing short of amazing. The care there is so great that you don’t even want to leave.

In December I got into a fight with my ex’s secret lover and she ended up throwing a glass bottle at my face which ended up making me lose 2 teeth, Almost cutting the whole side of my lip open and broke my jaw. The day after I was admitted to north shore hospital, the doctors in my opinion gave me the greatest plastic surgeon, Dr. Layliev. I only had to be in the hospital for 3 days. He fixed the stitches on my lip and put a titanium plate In my jaw. It’s gonna be there for life but at least I’m alive. Also it’s gonna take some time before I gain full feeling in my lip again. My mouth was wired shut for a whole month. Only thing I was able to eat was liquids. I lost 25 pounds. I had to regain my appetite but it was worth it. Dr Layliev is very detailed which was evident during each visit. He lets nothing slide. When the slightest changes were made to the plan for my procedure he had his staff update everything in my chart on the spot. Everything was explained giving me the option to ask questions or decline. Some of the things that changed for me during planning concerned adding lipo to certain areas. These recommendations were made by Dr Layliev during the course of his examinations. It was also made clear WHY he recommended something, which was always to provide a better result for the overall procedure. Although small adjustments were made, there was never a pitch to increase costs, which was reasonable for the services he and his office provided. Once the cost was quoted it never fluctuated during pre-surgical visits.

The day of the surgery was thorough, seamless and comforting for me and my family. I met everyone who would be in the operating room prior to the procedure. Due to the procedure I had I stayed one night in their in office facility which was clean and comfortable, fit for my recovery. The overnight staff were knowledgeable and effective.

Dr.Layliev is very knowledgeable, has the patience of a saint, is extremely compassionate, and has a wonderful bedside manner. I had yet to meet a doctor that I trusted until I met him, which is saying a lot because I’m very nervous and paranoid to have anyone touch my face and perform any sort of facial reconstruction due to the fact that I don’t want my whole face to change. It’s extremely important to me to have natural results. I’m super picky, and he stressed that he believes in the goal to have natural results as well. I’ve witnessed nose jobs gone wrong, as well as heard horror stories of people having multiple rhinoplasties because doctor’s had messed up or made patients look like their noses are made of plastic (no pun intended). I recently had lip fillers done at Romanelli Cosmetic Surgery, which was my first time having a cosmetic procedure. I have always had very thin lips (especially the top) and was hesitant to have fillers until I met Dr. Layliev. He was extremely kind and informative and took the time to discuss the procedure and aftercare instructions with me. During the procedure he was gentle and made sure I was comfortable during the entire process. I now have the fuller, natural look that we discussed and I love my results! To some women having bigger breast is a blessing, not in my case. I’ve had nothing but pain and discomfort for years. I just want to express my excitement to my reduction and lift done by Dr.Layliev. I’m only 5’2 and my breast made me fall over. I’ve never been so happy with my breast and appearance until I had my surgery. This was the best decision I ever made! There was no pain after and I would recommend this surgery and Dr. Layliev to everyone!

I’m only 16 Days post op and I had both breast reduction and a tummy tuck. My initial consult was for breast reduction and I am 100% happy with the results of the breast reduction. I was more prepared for this as I had researched and talked about this for over 10 years. I waited so long because of fear and cost. The tummy tuck decision was quick and I should have researched more. I’m not unhappy with the results, it looks great. I was unprepared for the recovery. Since I had c-sections I thought I would have a similar recovery. I recovered quickly from c-sections but this is more drastic. I’m also older which must have an impact. I was not aware of the drain being in place for 10 days, which meant no showering for 10 days. The pain, discomfort, drain and lack of sleep due to sleeping in a recliner was not expected. Again, I’m happy with the results and my Dr was fabulous, Dr Layliev. I highly recommend him and his office in Huntington, NY. I would suggest research, research and more research. Talk to people or go on you tube and listen to different experience. There are so many woman who blog the entire experience from pre op to post op.

A welcoming staff, a detail oriented doctor, and caring professional assistants all made my experience wonderful! Softening of my scars made me feel happier with myself. Looking forward to coming for more treatments to help my scars soften even further.

I was recommended to Dr. Layliev by a friend for a breast augmentation. Dr. Layliev was very knowledgeable and helpful with all my questions and continued to be throughout the process. I had been considering rhinoplasty since I broke my nose many years ago. I met Dr. Layliev once and casually mentioned this to him. He answered my questions before I had even scheduled my consult. I felt very prepared and post op went smoothly. I love my new nose and couldn’t stop looking in the mirror the first few weeks. I wish he was still nearby so I could get more cosmetic work done and recommend him to my friends! I would consider traveling to have him do my work vs finding a new surgeon. That’s how pleased I am with his work and also him as a person.

I’m 5’9″ and 145-150lbs. After having 3 kids, I developed saddle bags, enlarged inner thighs and “love handles”. I never thought I would consider liposuction but I am so grateful that I did. It was an uncomfortable recovery for about 1-2 weeks although I was back to work in 4 days. I’m very happy with the results. My pants feel better and I’m more confident in my own skin.
