View 5 of 5This 29-year-old woman is shown 3 months after breast augmentation with 415cc and 385cc implants to the right and left breasts with Dr. John Layliev in Long Island, NY. She had poorly formed breast tissue and shape as well as constricted lower poles and desires a natural breast enhancement. I performed her augmentation through a small incision around the lower portion of her areola for maximal control of her new lower breast fold crease. She is thrilled with her larger, yet natural looking feminine breasts.
